However, many have been complaining that their almighty Galaxy S20 Ultra camera has shattered and of course needs to be replaced. The question now is, who is to blame for the shattering? Samsung or the User?
I have read where someone said that the phone was just in his pocket just for him to just bring it out and discover that the camera glass has shattered. Others keep saying something similar than that. Personally, I can feel their pain. It is not as if the phone fell on the ground.
I know what I passed through when I was using Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. Bought the phone, step out with it on my pocket just to come back home to find a small crack on the screen. From there, the screen start to brake. I had to give out the phone to a friend.
However, even if Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra camera glass is shattering, that does not reduce the value of the phone. The phone is just a beast in the hand and wonderful to use. With the camera, you are good to go. The phone price is currently $1,174 for the 12GB RAM/256GB ROM, $1,599 for the 16GB RAM/512GB ROM respectively.
